Notice-and-action mechanism under Art. 16 DSA

Draft — not reviewed by a lawyer, not in force

This is engineering’s draft, written so a lawyer has something concrete to correct rather than a blank page. It has not been reviewed and binds nobody. veel.lol must not take real payments while this notice is visible.

The images and links on the grid are uploaded by users. If you see something unlawful, report it here. You do not need an account.

Report form

Filled in for you if you came here through Report this block on the grid. Otherwise the block’s position on the grid is enough, in the form x,y.

Art. 16(2)(a) DSA requires a sufficiently substantiated explanation. A category on its own is not enough.

Your contact details

Name and email address are required under Art. 16(2)(c) DSA. We need them to confirm receipt and later to tell you the decision.

Misuse: anyone who frequently submits obviously unfounded reports can be suspended from the reporting mechanism after a prior warning (Art. 23(2) DSA).

What happens next

You get a confirmation of receipt with a reference number straight away (Art. 16(4) DSA). A person reviews the report; published content is never removed automatically. We tell you the outcome without undue delay, including the reasons for it and how you can challenge it (Art. 16(5) DSA).

Removal affects the image, link and tagline only. Who owns the block, what they paid and where it sits all stay as they were — a report is not a route to a refund. The full procedure, including how to appeal, is set out under Meldungen und Beschwerden (German, binding).
